About Us

Who We Are

At ACE Group, We Disrupt
Conventional Thinking

We partner with governments, organizations, and communities to reimagine solutions that tackle the root causes of health and social inequities. We don’t just design strategies, we build systems that work, scale, and last.

Our people bring together sharp analytical insight, design thinking, deep contextual knowledge, and relentless commitment to impact

We thrive in complexity, act with agility, and deliver results that move the needle where it matters most, among the most vulnerable.
Through both our advisory and social impact work, we go beyond ideas to action building, challenging, and delivering solutions that transform lives.

Our Vision

To be the foremost thought leader and actor in eradicating health and social inequities, thus pioneering knowledge and practice on the utilization of effective altruism

Our Mission

Defines how we live out this vision, turning conviction into action

We build simple and sustainable systems that are easily replicated and scaled to alleviate socio-economic gaps in low and middle-income countries.

We challenge widely held norms and upset historical thinking using first principles and analytical insight to understand the root cause of health and socio-cultural inequalities, thereby pioneering novel approaches in bridging the gap.

We consistently act in an adaptable and agile manner in spite of rapidly changing contexts, current and emerging evidence, and to do so tenaciously despite challenges.

We deliver social action excellently, by prioritizing the most vulnerable and marginalized communities with the highest regard for professional conduct and respect for human dignity

Our Story

ACE Group was born from a simple conviction: health and social inequities can and must be solved differently.

We started small, asking hard questions, challenging assumptions, and working side by side with partners to design smarter, more resilient systems. Over time, our approach has become our signature: blending evidence, design thinking, and deep local insight to craft solutions that last.

Our People and Voice

At ACE, our strength lies in the diversity and depth of our team. From health systems consulting to research, and community-driven programs, we bring together professionals with expertise spanning public health, economics, education, policy, and data science. This breadth allows us to approach complex challenges from multiple angles.
