Position Summary 

ACE Group is seeking Master of Public Health (MPH) students specializing in Health Policy and Management (HPM) at the University of Ibadan. This internship is designed to satisfy the practical Internship curriculum requirements of the MPH program. 

The role is intended for high-performing students who possess a deep interest in health systems, policy design, and program implementation. Interns will be fully immersed in a fast-paced consulting environment, gaining direct exposure to the technical and operational aspects of public health leadership. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support the design and implementation of health systems and policy-focused initiatives 

• Contribute to data collection, synthesis, and analysis for Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) activities 

• Assist in the production of high-quality technical documents such as policy briefs, research reports, and stakeholder presentations 

• Participate in internal strategy sessions and external stakeholder meetings 

• Help translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences

Requirements 

• Current enrollment in the MPH (Health Policy & Management) program at the University of Ibadan 

• Eligibility for the mandatory internship placement as per the university’s curriculum 

• Ability to work full-time and on-site at ACE Group Headquarters in Abuja 

• Strong analytical capacity combined with a proactive approach to task management 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
