Program Implementation and Service Delivery
We turn strategy into action through programs that deliver measurable impact. We have led edutainment campaigns to increase awareness and taken implementation directly to the field that strengthened leadership through capacity-building trainings and supported organizations to manage resources effectively. The projects below illustrate how we move from design to delivery.
Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL)
We generate insights that guide better decisions and strengthen accountability. We have conducted research and landscape assessments, verified and evaluated programs, and translated evidence into recommendations that improve design and execution. The projects below show how MERL drives continuous learning in our work.
Digital Innovation and System Strengthening
ACE is shaping its digital health journey by building on what already exists, we identified where critical gaps are through a detailed landscape analysis. Our focus is on strengthening and scaling solutions that have the potential to transform health outcomes and we are beginning with maternal and newborn health, applying digital innovation to close service delivery gaps and improve quality of care, while setting the stage for broader system-wide impact.
